The room had spider webs. Bedspread had holes in it .And did not like they rent there rooms out by the hour.

The hotel fit my expectations from what was reviewed by others. The price and location of the hotel was great. I would stay there again on any upcoming trips.

Family with Young Children
When my wife went to the front counter to ask for a blow dryer which was advertised to be provided, the attendant said that a few of the rooms blow dryers had been stolen and that they just haven't replaced them yet. The front counter attendant made no effort to find us one, offer to go get one, offer a discount, or even so much as give a simple apology. ...read more

Poor quality build and poor customer service. The attendant would not give me a receipt for the stay. She was very rude. I won't stay in this Caseyville Days Inn ever again.
